How Subscription Sign-up Works

You sign-up for a subscription of organically grown fruit and/or Esther's Bakery Snacks.   Subscriptions are delivered Weekly, Every Other Week (Biweekly) or Monthly to a location and frequency of your choice. If you will need to pay 4 deliveries in advance or contact freshness farms prior to ordering for COD option.

Putting Delivery on Hold

It is easy to manage your account online. If you need to skip a delivery, you can put a future delivery(s) on hold by going to your account and clicking on the calendar day you wish to hold. All holds must be placed no later than four days prior to your delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations at the last-minute. 

Reusable Baskets

Re-using Baskets is a great way for the both of us to help the health of our environment.  In order to do this effectively, baskets need to be returned at the onset of the following delivery.  Leave your Company Name Tag on the baskets.  There will be a charge of $40 for each basket not returned.


Need to cancel?  You can email or call 408-996-1414 to let us know what is going on.  Your account will be canceled at your request.  If you cancel your account you must notify us before the four day cut off for your last paid delivery in order not to be charged for future deliveries.  When you need to cancel prior to all paid deliveries having been delivered, you will receive a credit on your account for future use.



Credits will be given for any unused portion of your account provided:

You notify us in writing of your cancellation (email notification will be acceptable).


All payments will be posted to your account as soon as they are received. Returned checks will be charged with any additional fees that we may occur. All funds are in US Dollars.
